How to use Phentermine
This medication will be taken by mouth, first thing in the morning about half an hour before you are going to be eating breakfast. Using Phentermine does not mean you are not going to eat, but that you will be under a more controlled eating habit. Eating less does help lead to weight loss. Weight loss begins with eating fewer calories. Using Phentermine before you do anything else in your day will help you control your appetite starting with that first meal.
Phentermine controls the areas of your brain that tell your body that you are hungry. Relaying the messages that your body is hungry, and then suppressing your appetite is a good step in cutting calories and is a solid step in starting your weight loss plan. Take this medication on an empty stomach. If you find you are hungry first thing in the morning, even when you wake up, take this medication with a full glass of water for a good start on your 'fuller' feeling faster as the medication will begin to work.
If you are overweight and just starting out with a diet plan, a goal of three to five pounds per week is one that can be justified if you are going to use Phentermine, exercise and regular eating habits in your daily routine. A result of weight loss is seen when using an average dosage of 30 milligrams of Phentermine per day. This amount could be split taking 15 mg per dosage, twice per day, or once time per day.
This is not a medication that is meant to be taken on the longer term. If you want to use Phentermine with the best possible results, use it for up to twelve weeks, then stop usage for three weeks, and then you can go back to using Phentermine in your weight loss program once again for the best results.
Phentermine does not stay in your body to help you fight appetite problems after you stop using it. Using small dosages of Phentermine to control your appetite even after you have met your weight loss goals will improve your long term abilities in being able to create new eating habits that include eating less and eating foods that are better for you.
